Exhibition (Any Game out of League Play, All Initiation & Novice Games)
1. Call Rick Dumont at the arena between 8:30 am - 3:00 pm (780-523-4044) to find book an ice slot
2. Fill out a Sanction Request Application Form under the "For Managers" tab and email ref.hpmha@gmail.com to request the Ref In Chief to book Refs for your game.
League game changes-Please make sure the proper process for All Peace League is being followed (Check the handbook)
1. Call Rick Dumont at the arena between 8:30 am - 3:00 pm (780-523-4044) to check ice availability (Don't forget to cancel the previously booked ice slot once you book your new ice slot with the ice cancellation form under the "For Managers" tab)
2. Confirm with the Ref In Chief ref.hpmha@gmail.com to ensure Ref's get cancelled/re booked
