Tournament Ice

If you are planning to host a home tournament, please keep the following in mind:

1. A tournament schedule MUST be submitted to the Arena Manager (please see 'Ice Booking Procedure' for contact information) a minimum of one (1) week prior to the tournament date. If not, all blocked ice will be charged to your team regardless if it gets used in the tournament or not.

2. If you have planned to host a home tournament but have to cancel due to lack of entries - you MUST notify the Arena Manager (and contacts above) at least one (1) week prior to the tournament date.
